Never thought it would be fun!.This program actually taught me how to sustainably diet and exercise by maintaining a variety in food options. Team RalFitness always focused on enjoying on what you eat, which is so important and a great motivation in itself. I also learnt how significant it is to measure what you eat. After I started keeping a count on my calories, I knew precisely how much and what food I am eating. It made so much sense. I realised I always ate more than I needed to. My journey with the team began in 2019 when it was Ralfitness. I remember coming across their Instagram page and was very intrigued about the whole concept of an online coaching. TBH I was extremely skeptical to join and hence I just followed them
and didn’t make a decision anywhere before 5months. During these times I’d DM them about my queries and I was surprised to see that they were helpful without pushing the program. That’s when the journey began and I was happy with the service that they were providing. Even though the lockdown hit everyone hard, Liv Ezy pivoted quickly and started with the live classes. I thoroughly enjoyed the concept and still occasionally participate in the same. 2022 is when I joined back with the plan and halfway met coach Allan during the live workout. Love his dedication and passion towards the work and had a discussion with him to start with the transformation. He would never never leave any of my questions answered and frequently checkup with me if I failed to update. My lifestyle and understating of fitness has changed for good and l’m currently stronger than I’ve ever been. 4 months of training, dedication, cheat-meals, blood, sweat and tears, that’s all it took

A dancer, swimmer, diver and generally a physically active person, I have to admit that fitness isn't a new concept to me. But, marrying a healthy regime with a lifestyle that is sustainable and enjoyable? This is a dream combination that I discovered with Liv Ezy for which I am super grateful, the most to my super coach Vinit. Having struggled with PCOS all my life, accompanied by a predisposition to hypothyroidism, painful periods were an accepted fact of life. The biggest
accomplishment through this program so far is the regularisation of my erratic menstrual cycle. The transition from once in 3-4 months to a 29 day cycle every month has contributed to better skin health, improved quality of sleep, significantly
higher stamina & energy and a drastic change in my mental health as well. A night owl all my life, I'm up by 5:45 and in the gym at 6. 6 AM!! Vinit! Where do I even begin! The adjectives can fill a dictionary, but I will summarise it all by saying he is the Perfect Coach. A guide, mentor, motivator, inspiration (in a lead-by-example way), but above all, a friend, Vinit is the reason for my persisting discipline, consistency and dedication to this program. Kudos to Vinit for empathizing with the issues of another gender and by way of research and a genuine openness to learning and growing with his clients, Vinit has allowed me to be me with the constant encouragement to be a better version of myself everyday. I have so much respect for Vinit, because he personifies compassion in training, and that's what makes him and his method so unique. Forever grateful. My poor lifestyle over the past few years has caused me to put on a lot of weight. My eating habits were erratic, and I also had a nasty habit of overeating. In September of last year, I resumed attending the gym. However, it lacked a solid framework at that point. My nutrition was also never on point, and I never maintained consistency in the gym. So I had a hard time seeing any development. I learned about Liv Ezy from a close friend who is also a subscriber here and then made the decision to enrol myself. Harsha was designated as my Coach. His advice has been really helpful throughout these months. I am so grateful to him. He was always a great motivator and would frequently check in on how my workouts and diet were doing. I can absolutely say that I feel better now, both physically and mentally. The most fulfilling experience of my life has been the past few months. Many thanks to Liv Ezy and Harsha Sir.

Then when the lockdowns started I finally bit the bullet and registered. Best. Decision. Ever!!! Gaurav is literally the most patient, nicest, most understanding coach I have ever come across. This program really transformed my relationship with food and my lifestyle. I was always one of those people who would either be fully on track or fully off track, but here I learned balance. One of the things that helped me the most was, instead of just telling me that I should eat a particular thing or do a particular exercise, Gaurav would take the time to explain to me in detail and help me understand the logic behind it. His explanations were always factual and science based so they resonated really well with me. Gaurav is an amazing coach because he knows when to push you and when to let you take it easy. There have been many times where I’ve just been lazy or hungover and tried to get away with not working out or eating right, and he would very sweetly but firmly, call bullshit and hold me accountable. My lifestyle has drastically changed and become way more sustainable, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, and I’ve finally found the right balance of smashing my workouts, enjoying my wine and constantly progressing. I have to add somewhere here that I’m 1000% vegan!!! Massive thanks to Liv Ezy. Highly recommend Gaurav and this program to everyone!
