"I now feel it was my best decision to enrol with Liv Ezy. Losing weight wasn't easy. I was never confident that I could lose weight. I have been trying to lose weight for years. But it never happened because of my eating habits. Liv Ezy taught me how to maintain a healthy diet in spite of eating my favourite food. I learnt how maintaining a routine and managing the portion size would do wonders. After joining them I feel good about eating healthy and staying active the whole day. I am very grateful to them for making this happen to me. Special thanks to my coach Sanju and Harsh for correcting me with each meal and motivating me all time for workouts and completing 10k steps. I'm also thankful to Ralston and Gaurav for HIIT sessions and Ayesha for the yoga sessions which I never liked to miss.”

I used to see the everyday meal updates and workouts in insta stories which was very inspiring. So when I started the program with Ralfitness team, I got a monthly workout plan and they also asked me to send updates of meals everyday. I used to get feedback for every meal. Over the time, this feedback helped me to correct my meal portions and also incorporate a variety of healthy foods. I would get my daily dose of appreciation for eating the right amount of food which was very motivating. Even if I go off track sometimes, which I certainly did, they would simply say let's get back on track from tomorrow. I now have a much better idea of how to approach workouts and food than I was earlier. Thanks to everyone in Ralfitness team 🙏🏻"
