"What we like about Liv Ezy plan is that it does not have any prescribed medicines for intake or fasting or extreme levels of physical activities. It is mainly a diet control plan with the right amount of carbs, protein and fiber in each meal along with regular walks and moderate level of exercises that anyone can do. Livezy works with our own food habits rather than imposing a food plan that is alien to us.
For the past several years we had been overweight. In fact, Anita was obese, with her weight shuttling between 82 and 84 kgs. Her annual medical check-up would always end up with the advice from the doctor that she should reduce at least 5 kgs to begin with. Though her spirit was willing, this seemed a daunting task since we did not have a pragmatic way of achieving the goal. Over the years she developed knee pain, which was consistently on the increase.
